We are Constrvctor, an Italian-based agency specialising in sourcing and supplying premium deadstock fabrics.
Our mission is to connect designers, retailers, and creative brands with high-quality materials that would otherwise go unused.
By working directly with textile mills, manufacturers, and suppliers, we give fabrics a second life, helping reduce waste and supporting more sustainable fashion practices.

We operate as both a sourcing partner and a trusted guide: whether you’re a young designer looking for unique small batches, or an established brand in need of reliable quantities, we are here to help you find the right materials at the right time.

2. Privacy & Data Collection

We collect: name, email, shipping info, browsing data (via cookies/analytics), and newsletter sign-ups.
Legal basis: Consent (e.g., marketing), contract (order fulfillment), and legitimate interest (fraud prevention, improving services).
You can unsubscribe or opt out any time—just click the link or email us.

3. Delivery Policy

Processing Time: We typically dispatch within 14 working days.
Delivery Partners: We work with trusted international couriers to ensure safe and timely shipments.
Delivery Areas:
We currently ship to most European countries, the UK, and selected international destinations.

Please note that we do not ship directly to certain regions, including most African countries, Turkey, and the Middle East.
Exception: If a client has their own trusted shipping or logistics partner, we may arrange collection or delivery through that channel.

Delays: While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, unexpected factors such as customs checks or courier delays may affect timing. We will inform you promptly if issues arise.

4. Refunds & Returns

Eligibility: Refunds only for damaged or misdescribed fabrics; custom or cut-to-order items are non-refundable.
Claim Process: Contact us within 7 working days of receipt with order details and photos.
Refund Timeline: Processed within 14 working days to your original payment method upon approval.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:
Access, correct, or delete your personal data
Withdraw data processing consent (e.g., marketing)
Cancel or modify orders where applicable under EU or local consumer law
